Jean Marie Rhall’s Did You Buy the American Dream or Does It Own You?: A Realistic Look At Living a Debt Free Lifestyle is a fast-paced and no-nonsense guide that explains how Americans fall victims to debt, the emotional problems that this causes, and how anyone can reduce and eventually eliminate their debt — thereby freeing themselves of the number one source of emotional stress, divorce, home foreclosure, and other modern-day problems.

Jean Rhall has been jotting down her thoughts and feelings most of her life, so seems a natural for now writing and publishing her works. Based on Jean’s own experiences both first hand and as a witness to the pitfalls and joys of life, she now shares her experiences and the insight she learned from her journey.

While having watched numerous family members bogged down and unhappy by their debt and almost falling victim to the interest trap of credit cards herself, Jean empowered herself to become debt-free and shares her experience here in this book Did You Buy the American Dream or Does it Own You? Step by step explaining how you too can empower yourself with some simple changes, of thinking and behaviors, to regain your financial freedom from credit worries, thereby freeing you from the unhappiness and stress that become such a big part of a debt filled lifestyle.

The simplicity of this book with its straight forward and to the point format may be deceiving at first but as you find yourself thinking of the ideas set forth in the book, and actually find yourself subconciously practicing the techniques you realize the book is so much more than it seems, and you too, are on your way to a happier debt free lifestyle.
